The Permit Application Center, located at 4701 W. Russell Road, is the Hub for all permit activities. The Permit Application Center is made up of the following
Sections: Plan Submittal, Zoning and Building Plans Examination, Permit Issue and Inspection Scheduling. Each section plays a part in the process of processing,
reviewing and issuing a permit application for any scope of work that includes new, addition, remodel or repair of a building or structure. You may also
purchase the new 2006 Code Books at Permit Issue or submit a request for Certification of Occupancy with Inspection Scheduling.
For your convenience, all permit applications as well as Certificates are inter-active and may be completed on-line and printed out. Inspection Scheduling is available after hours via the web-site or through our automated phone system. Plans Status may be determined 24 hours a day via our web-site.
